As you know that Chief Minister of Haryana Sh. Manohar Lal Khattar was launched this portal on 25.12.2014 for redressed the grievances of public with intensity. Haryana Government was started this Online CM Window Portal due to not hearing of problems of citizens in Govt Departments. For smoothly hearing of people a team of eminent persons has been constituted in each town of Haryana. There are two or three members in Nigrani Committee who hears the problems of local citizens after file a complaint through CM Window. There are many online portals for hearing the problems of peoples such as CPGRAMS, CGRS, Social Media Grievances Redressal Tracker Mechanism System etc., but Haryana CM Window is very effective.
How CM Window Works
Haryana is the first state where BJP Govt. has started a online portal. By this portal all peoples of Haryana and other states also can registered their complaints. All Govt. Department/ Board/ Corporation/ Nigam of Haryana such as Police, Bijli Board, Public Health, Municipal Corporations, Transport, Urban Bodies, Industries, Education etc. are bound for removing the complaints of people. There is no need to visit a complainant in the office, if an officer is not solving your problem from long time. After filing a complaint on CM Window Portal, it will reach to Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Office and after that will be transferred to Head Office of concerned department and then will be forwarded to subordinated office. Citizen problem will be solve within 30 Days by the related office with satisfactory reply on ATR. Action Taken Report (ATR) will be uploaded after solution of grievances by the head of office with signature of complainant and eminent person.

How to Register a Complaint on CM Window
Near about 12,800 complaints has been resolved in Haryana through Haryana CM Window. Complaints related to Govt. Employees have been kept away from this portal. A Cell has been established in each city at Secretariat building. Please visit to your nearest centre/ e-disha kendra which is installed by Deputy Commissioner as Nodal Officer along with a identity proof and application/ complaint (Hindi or English). Handover your complaint to the deputed official and receive a registration no. on your mobile for further reference. You can check your complaint status in department through this Haryana CM Window Registration Number. Facility of Online Complaint Registration at CM Window is not provided up till now. You shall be physically visit for registration of complaint at CM Window Portal. But you can always check your complaint status. Process of checking of complaint status at Haryana CM Window is as under.
- Open the official website of Haryana CM Window i.e. www.cmharyanacell.nic.in.
- Click on Second Option such as Track Grievance.
- Enter your Registration No. i.e. CMOFF/, Mobile No. and Captcha Code.
- Check your pending CM Window Latest Status.
